Winemaking
The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night by machine. They were then crushed, destemmed and chilled prior to a gentle pressing. The wine underwent a very cold ferment, stopping naturally at a balance of sugar, acid and alcohol level that forms the elegance.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The nose is lifted with aromas of musk lollies, rose petals and jasmine, the palate showing vibrant and zippy acid. Some describe it as a childhood memory of eating fruit tingles.
